Dezima Donations
The space station Dezima, the Cultivators' home above Avesta, has suffered a series of damaging incidents, and Seed Industries is collecting resources from all societies to rebuild it. Dezima Donations is a friendly competition between societies. Every donated part counts toward your society's total, and societies compete for the top spots on the leaderboard (see The Donation Leaderboard below for how the ranking works). It is a limited-time event. If the Dezima Donations tab in the Society Window shows no running event, the event is over or has not started yet, and donating is not possible.

How to Donate

1. Craft a Dezima Donation Box at an Advanced Workbench (it is cheap to make, from Wood Planks) and place it anywhere in your society, indoors or outdoors..
2. Fill the box with the requested parts. The full list is always shown in the event description in the Society Window. These are advanced goods that take developed industry and skilled Seedlings to produce, so they are also a good trading opportunity for societies that can make them.
3. Select the box and press Donate. Everything in the box that matches the list is shipped to Dezima in one go and added to your society's donation totals. Shipped items are gone for good and leave Avesta.
Donations are credited to your society as a whole. It does not matter which Seedling crafts the parts or hauls them, or who presses Donate. If a donation fails to ship (for example, due to a connection problem), nothing is lost. The items stay in the box and you can simply press Donate again. Items that are reserved by a Seedling's activity are skipped. Once the event has ended, donations are no longer accepted, but you can keep your Donation Box around and use it as regular storage.

The Donation Leaderboard
Open the Dezima Donations tab in the Society Window to see how societies rank. It stays viewable after the event ends, so the final standings remain on display. The ranking works like this.

• Each requested part is its own category. The society that donated the most of a part is that category's leader. If two societies are tied on amount, the one that started donating that part earlier leads.
• Societies are ranked first by how many categories they lead, and only then by the total number of items donated. A society that leads even one category ranks above any society that leads none, no matter how much the latter donated in total. Donating a lot of everything is good, but being the top donor of specific parts is better.
• The podium shows the top three societies and which parts they lead. The standings below list every society that has donated anything, along with your own society's rank.
