Frontier Tent & Plot Claiming

Your Seedling starts with a Tent in their inventory. Placing and building it is how you claim your first plot of land:

  1. Open the Seedling Inventory (backpack icon below the portrait at the bottom left).

  2. Select the Tent and place it on the ground. The Tent only fits where there is free space. If plants or other Cultivators' locations block you, keep looking. The ground must be flat, open, and not claimed by another Cultivator.

  3. When the tent is built, you own the plot.

The Tent works as your first storage: click it and choose "Drop Off" to store items from your Seedling's inventory. Food stored in your Tent can be eaten by your Seedling when hungry, and other Seedlings cannot access it. Your starting items (Survival Workbench, Book, Herb Seeds) are in the Tent's Contents.

Claimable Plots

Societies can mark empty plots as claimable to hand free starter land to newcomers. Any society member allowed to claim land (new Cultivators get this right when their Seedling arrives) can claim such a plot by placing a tent on it. Each Seedling can hold one claimed plot. Society managers set plots claimable via the Land Planner.
