Romance in SEED

Romance builds on the same relationship system as friendship. Seedlings develop crushes on their own: a Crush can grow into Dating or even a full Partner relationship.

• Interactions between Seedlings gradually build their Romance value, unlocking more personal actions and shared experiences.

• When there is a romantic spark, a Seedling can ask another out on a date in conversation, proposing a free two-hour window later in the week at their home or an open venue. You can prompt this by telling your Seedling in Seedling Chat to ask someone out.

• Dating and Partner relationships need both Seedlings to have enough Like and Romance built up, then one of you starts it with an Interaction from the context menu. Either side can break up the same way, or directly in the Social app.

• Compatibility (personality traits + active interests) dictates how easy the relationship is to grow.

• Attraction matters too: a factor based on personality and appearance scales how quickly Romance grows.

• Intimacy happens on a double bed: select the partner Seedling and choose the romantic action, or let the couple do it autonomously. A Dating or Partner relationship is one of the requirements for having a baby
