What is the Criminal Role?

The role of being a criminal is assigned to seedlings who fail to pay rent! When a Seedling becomes a Criminal, all their societal roles are lost (President, Legislator, etc.).

Seedlings will have the Criminal role for 1 real-world day before returning to normal.
