What is the Scheduler?

The Scheduler is your diary where you plan your Seedling’s daily and weekly tasks. Here, you can keep track of their schedules, plan visits to different locations, schedule time with other Seedlings, and set their daily budget. It’s also where the invites from other Seedlings will appear.

To access the Scheduler, click on the Apps icon at the bottom of the screen and select the Scheduler app (it looks like a calendar icon). When you open the Scheduler, you will see the following sections:

Calendar:

This is where you can see your Seedling’s day-to-day schedule. You can add new items to their schedule by clicking on an hour within the calendar, which will open the New Event window. Here, you can choose when the event starts, its duration in hours, its location, and what days it happens. TopTip: Use the Scheduler to book some time for your relationship, choose a location, and then it will ask you who to invite. You can then choose the Seedling you’re in a relationship with, and it will invite them to the event.

Budget:

This is where you set the daily budget for your Seedling. When a Seedling has some spare time, they will explore the society and the different business services. These business service locations can cost money to enter, so to ensure you’re not spending too much, you can set a daily limit for how much your Seedling can spend! Some also have vending machines where your Seedling can buy some food!

Invitations:

This is where you will see any event invitations you receive from other Seedlings. If you’re in a relationship and they send you an invitation to spend time together, you can see that invitation and accept or decline. If you accept, it will automatically be added to your schedule.

TopTip: Make sure you have space on your schedule before accepting invitations for those times. You can also move around items within the schedule to prevent or fix any scheduling conflicts.
